DO NOT stay here. The place reeks of cigarettes and doesn’t seem to be cleaned. The sheets are stained and there was dried blood and fecal matter in the shower and in and around the toilet. The “free parking” is 5 spots that are impossible to get in and out of in the back and the rooms lock you out intermittently so you have to revamp your key card at the front desk where they ignore you while taking personal phone calls. The walls are so thin you can hear people from two floors down and the overall vibe is seedy and dirty.

They had a no smoking sign, but our neighbors were smoking and our room and hallway smelled of cigarette smoke all night. There was no security so guests were noisy, slamming hallway doors and yelling. We asked for a refund for the remainder of our stay and the manager, Saman, assured us he would refund us and would approve of it through Expedia. Unfortunately, the hotel is reneging on the refund and have been avoiding calls from Expedia. The positive reviews are misleading.

Review from Che R.: Staying here was good but also a little bad. The hotel and the room was clean, convenient location, and friendly staff. However, I had to ask twice for a change of towels and more soap, which isn't too bad, but a big issue was the room AC. I think it needed a cleaning or something. Whenever I ran it, I immediately started feeling sick. I had to constantly play a game of trying to stay cool while not getting sick. Also, it's not entirely their fault, but the elevator was broken for pretty much my entire stay.

When we checked in the network was down and the hotel was sharing the master key with everyone, which didn’t seem safe for me and my family. Even the next the network was done, we had to check out and the hotel promised 50% refund , which they didn’t honor

The room itself was relatively modern and clean. However, I saw a water bug in the bathroom. The wi-fi went down for several hours, and the sole elevator was inoperable for at least a day. The hotel is also next to the LIRR track, so you periodically hear the train passing by.

I promise you do not want to stay here. I don’t want to write too much, but if you see this please please please look for another hotel. This place may be affordable but it’s affordable for a reason. You should definitely look for better and more convenient options.

Cheap sketchy motel. Should be ok if you don’t want to go out at night, otherwise the area isn’t very safe. During my first night there was a party in the room next door, 12 hours of loud people, music and marijuana. No wifi, elevator is always broken, no change of towels.

Don’t make the same mistake I did. Trying to stay “close” to the Barclays Center, I booked a room at Hotel Mirage in Brooklyn, and it was a complete disaster. 🔴 First of all, it’s not as close to the stadium as it looks on the map. 🔴 Second, the area is dirty and rundown. 🔴 Third — and worst of all — the hotel is extremely dirty. – The sheets were stained. – There was hair from previous guests in the bathtub (see photo). – The elevator was broken 3 out of the 4 days I stayed. – The vending machine ate my $10 and didn’t work, and no one warned about it (the front desk guy did give it back, though). Even if it’s a 2-star hotel, cleanliness is basic, and this place fails hard. If you’re coming to Brooklyn, stay with a relative—just don’t stay here.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I stayed with my family which included children and it was comfortable and quiet. The Hotel is an easy walkable distance to the train station. Plenty of places to dine day or night. Hotel staff were very accommodating with every request made at all different times of the day. Housekeeping service was an easy breeze request when needed. Overall, I would stay again. Saman and Raaj at the front desk were Always helpful with any request made. Above and beyond.

Its clean, the rooms are set up nicely, and the staff is very polite and considerate. Thats the main three things i ask of a hotel. Neighborhood is very walkable and near bus and train stops. Even has a handful of parking spots.

The beds had a certain odor and the train tracks are right next to the hotel. It was difficulty to sleep with the train running every 10 minutes. It was not in a neighborhood that would be safe to walk around at day or night.

We had a very dirty towel that was given to us. I feel like they were just bleaching things and not really washing stuff. Our toilet paper roll had a brown substance on it. We don’t know what it could’ve been. I’m hoping I’m able to get a partial refund from this One of our pillows had a stain on it that very much so could’ve been you know what.
