"Ian Shrager (think Studio 54) properties not what they used to be . . . room was uncomfortable . . . both pull out and actual bed are saggy futon mattresses with mold on the pullout. We had to wait close to an hour (and two phone calls later) for sheets and pillows to be brought up first night at 11:00."

"There was a very nice secluded view of New York on the 44th floor, overall the area in view and feeling of the hotel was amazing. However, the water was expensive in the common area. The cookie given at the beginning of our state was hard."

"We only stayed here a night and I would 100% stay here again in the future. The location is extremely convenient to a local bagel shop, coffee, and there’s a restaurant downstairs as well. You can easily walk to so many places and it just made our stay in New York City so wonderful. We stayed in a room that had two beds with the four of us, and I will say the beds are smaller and it was tight but totally doable and we were extremely happy with our decision to stay here."
