"The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Central location and easy access to public transportation. Love the rooftop terrace with 24hrs access with self-service coffee and tea. Water machine on each floor. Laundry machine is an added bonus. Highly recommended."

"It was perfect for my 2 days in midtown. The room was super clean, the bed comfortable. The bedding fresh and clean. The bath towels knew. The room was on the small side but I was a single traveler and it was fine. The staff was welcoming and pleasant. Super convenient location too. "

"Friendly front desk. Coffee station a plus. Lovely roof deak. The $0 pet policy is a rare find, and the reason we'll be back!
Our room however (#1224) had a tiny window facing a brick wall. Our reservation was for a Superior Room with City View. And even if it wasn't, all of Expedia's photos showed floor-ceiling windows. So that was deceptive on their part.
For one night, it was fine, and we took in the lovely view from the roof. Would stay again. "
