New Richmond Hotels with Swimming Pool

"Very convenient location. Wonderful staff. Restaurant very good. Only complaint would be there should be better ways to stay connected in the rooms. More internet-friendly outlets. Rooms clean - but need to be a little more contemporary."

"For the cost of the room, one would expect the owner of the hotel to be more strict on maintaining this hotel, it is historic, the art is lovely, the staff are extremely kind and prompt to assist, but our room experienced a sprinkler that began pouring water from it and an air conditioner that was not fully functional, everything was covered in dust, the mattress was however extremely comfortable, the pillows and sheets were divine, the location of the hotel is great for why we were staying there, but personally, I will not be paying for a night to stay there again. Again, staff was AMAZING, especially responding to the leak, this is the hotel owners fault, not theirs."

"The air conditioning in the room didn’t work. It was 75 degrees in my rooms and when I asked to be moved to a different room those AC units didn’t work either. I tried three rooms before I finally checked out and asked to be refunded."

"We had a great time and a great stay. Slept so good. And the pool was nice. I do have to say you should put microwaves in the room. "

"The staff was very nice, the room was spacious, and accommodating for the amount of people, none of the phones worked in the room and there were 3. Weren’t many pool towels, and there was hair in the pool all 3 days we were there. The bar area didn’t open until 5 all weekend. "

"There were 3 birthday party’s occupying the pool so we weren’t able to use the pool. The bathroom didn’t have a fan. The staff was nice. "
