As someone a little thin blooded and usually cold, what stood out for me was that the heat was always on in my room. I did not have to touch the controller once. The heat came on and stayed on. There were a few chilly days so it was perfect!!!!

Early check in was a nice welcome. The hotel was very nice and in a great location. An issue of a barking dog (in a no pet hotel) was quickly resolved. The staff friendly. I would stay here again!

Room was clean. They brought and extra blankets when requested late at night. The staff were wonderful. We had an amazing time down at the bar each night getting to know the bar tender. She was great at giving us recommendations on things to explore. If we come back we will definitely be staying here again. Great location to all the fun also.

The room and the hotel were clean, but showing a bit of wear. The staff was friendly and competent. The breakfast was adequate and presented well, but with no variety day to day. The tv was not working at check in, but the staff had it in order in minutes. The location is excellent and close to the casino and river walk, Bourbon Street, Canal, the WW2 museum and the trolleys. The neighborhood is under renovation. We will return for a third stay.
