Room was entered while I was out BY A MEMBER OF STAFF my belongs were looted and valuables stolen. Reported it to staff and they moved me to a WORSE room that had apparent water damage and was overall run down. Management sucked with communication and never made it right even though I was there 9 nights. Couldn’t ruin the trip because the city is that good but I couldn’t recommend finding a different place to stay more.

Pros: The property location was great. Close to the fun but not crazy. The staff was helpful and super sweet!
Cons: we paid for amenities but couldn’t get any wash cloths or a working keurig. Literally asked about six times and was given one wash cloth for two people for a five day stay. After three days and three different broken keurigs, we gave up. Finally on day 4 we were given two wash cloths. Housekeeping only came once in 5 days, because we requested it.
Overall the stay was okay. But I would not stay here again.

For starters, we couldn’t find an iron. So we went to pick up the room phone, we noticed it doesn’t work at all. About 10 minutes later i found a steamer and was able to use that but i didn’t like the fact that the phone doesn’t work for the room. Then we had no service on our cell phones and no WiFi was given to us. Then the toilet seat was dirty. I wiped it clean with a wipe and there was dirt on it. The shower was not clean. When they came to make the bed while we were out, they didn’t change the sheets and i thought all hotels change sheets. Over all we weee not pleased with our stay but the staff were pleasant.

The location of the hotel is super convenient. It’s a 10 minute walk from the French quarters. The only downside was that the restaurant from the hotel was closed and there was no prior notice before booking.

Very disappointing stay. The property has a lot of potential which is why it is 2 stars vice 1. If I knew the restaurants and lounges were closed I would not have booked. Towels were sometimes not available and there was no service due to only one employee on staff. Locks were falling off the doors. Elevators were crowded and only seemed to have 2 working. It would have been nice if the key feature worked in the elevator for added security. Outlets were old and outdated in the room. Overall just could have been better managed.

When I arrived on 4/9 I was told I had an outstanding balance due on my stay. After 30 minutes of back and forth that situation was taken care of. I got my keys and headed to my room. Upon entering it smelled of cigarettes. I returned to the front desk and given another room. I walked into that room, but it was occupied with the guest in the shower. Went down the third time, given another room. The manager on duty inspected the room, gave me the thumbs up, so once again I headed up. Only to find the bathroom ceiling infested with mold. Went back to the front desk where I met Sanjay and Tom. Both men were general managers from a sister property in Orlando. I was told my stay would be comped in front of the female front desk manager, and both Tom and Sanjay. They stated the GM from the hotel was recently fired and how they were experiencing change. They expressed how sorry they were blah blah. Well I have called the hotel inquiring about the refund and no response. I’ve reached out to Expedia, but again no help. I’m speechless and disgusted. I was only staying 2 nights, with the whole first day frazzled about this unprofessional situation. Never again.

The hotel was clean but I would never book again. The bathroom door was broken. Had to basically lift the door to get out due to is getting stuck. I had to beg for wash clothes. I booked at this location because it was good reviews on the roof top bar and restaurant but both was closed. My sister got locked out of her room every night due to malfunctioning lock on her door and its no staff at the check in desk at night so someone had to be called in to help her get back in her room.

The Property Manager Allen really took care of all of our issues once he was made aware of the situation with his staff that checked us in. We would definitely be going back to this hotel again. It is central located in New Orleans and we were very happy with the accommodations.

There is no food or beverage available at this time which is frustrating and I wish I had known ahead of time. Their rooftop bar has been closed for 3+ months. Additionally, you're still required to pay an "amenity fee" for 0 amenities. (No breakfast, no bar, NOTHING)

First front desk person was not interested in working. The woman who started in the afternoon was amazing. That being said…. The property needs updating. Carpets are old and smelly. The bathroom floor is slate and nice but they don’t clean them with the right cleaner as there are stains on the floors. There was no water pressure in sink.

We had a problem from the 1st night . The door key would not unlock the door. Had to go back and forth to the front desk lots of times. It was very annoying and took lots of time away from our trip. One night we just stayed in because we didn’t want the hassle of going back and forth to the front desk. The staff was very professional and nice. There was no amenities other than the bottled water in the room. There was loud noises in the hallways late at night and when I came out my room there was trash all down the hallway and outside my door.
