"This was a great place to stay. Rooms are small, but has to be expected, considering it’s New York City. But this was a great little boutique hotel in Chinatown and the location was excellent. The only thing I had an issue with was we had trouble getting hot water for showers. Other than that this place was amazing."

The room was cozy, very well kept, clean and with all the amenities. They served daily breakfast with delicious pastries and coffee. The room and the hotel was impeccably clean, look immaculate and smelled amazing. We had the most amazing time and definitely coming back!"

The pictures were way better than the actual room. We didn't ever see the sun, we were facing other buildings with zero view. "Overall, the property is tired with visible excessive wear that indicates its well-overdue for a refresh. A positive was the shower with a rain style shower head with great water pressure. Though, the shower floor had excessive wear: stained & worn shower floor, shelves for towels banged up badly with painted areas chipped. The beds were comfortable."

"I had an overall comfortable stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. The air conditioning worked well apart from my last night there. I requested a kettle and iron and these were delivered to me very quickly. My room was cleaned every day. The location is great for walking to Times Square etc but by the hotel felt a little unsafe. "A perfect oasis during our busy NY week. Bed was comfortable, great shower pressure and bathroom amenities. Did not hear any neighbors or street noise. The view out 4th floor window was a charming cluster of buildings and fire escapes.
