"Upon arrival, I noticed a few sketchy people loitering around the parking lot. I thought it was strange that I had to use my key card to enter the rest of the hotel after check-in. I've never stayed at an Extended Stay America before, so maybe that's normal? Thankfully, our room was clean, but the hallway floor was sticky. I had an uncomfortable feeling about some of the people staying in the hotel. Safety was questionable and once it got dark, we kept our doors locked and didn't go out for the rest of the night. The following morning, a couple of women were having a loud fight outside of our window. I had the weird feeling that unsavory people might be living there. Our toilet also stopped flushing. At check out, we were handed a disposable coffee cup with a small packaged muffin and a granola bar. The whole experience felt a little off. Not likely that I would stay there again and wouldn't recommend taking families/children there."

"First, I reserved two double queen rooms over a month ago. We arrived and they rented our rooms already. We had to change to one single king and one double queen, but they charged me the same price. This is a very sketchy area with lots of transients. Appears to be more of an extended stay for low income. Someone did burn outs and i thought they were gong to hit the building at 2 am, a fight occurred about 3 am leaving blood and broken pipes / flooding."

"This hotel has offered airport shuttle in the past, but no longer does. I've stayed at this location several times in there past and it was always nice and clean. Now, not so much. The hallways were nasty and the room smelled bad. The rink sprayed clean, but the smell was awful. The area of town no longer seems very safe. Had I been traveling alone I would have left immediately. The only reason I stayed was because my husband was with me and we had to be at the airport at 5am and it was already midnight. I wouldn't recommend this location and will definitely not stay there again. "

"Arrival found a small gift, a very friendly desk person, and a clean, fresh smelling room. Full breakfast was reasonable and freshly prepared. The room was cleaned each day and our stay had to be considered excellent. Recommended."

"The room was clean and fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful. I needed to run off some materials for the conference I was attending, and they were quick to help me. The breakfast options were different each day, which was nice. The breakfast area was always clean and well-maintained. There was even a tornado warning. which the staff made sure everyone was accounted for. It made it less stressful. The exercise area was great. Having a bottle filler in there was a great idea. There were enough treadmills there that we never had to wait. It was clean and bright,"

"When I arrived at the hotel to check in I was informed they did have my reservation but did not have a room for me. We were traveling with our 2 under 2 kids as well. They instead moved us to a different motel down the street that was not at all like the room I reserved. I do not recommend this hotel, they will not honor your reservation"

"This was the most disgustingly awful room I ever stayed in. The decor had been torn off the walls. The lamp had no shade. There was no blanket on the bed. And the floor was so disgusting I was afraid to take my shoes off. The entire hotel smelled like cat pee and there were bags full of trash in the vending areas, none of which worked."

"The staff was fine but the pool and spa were not working and when we walked by to get to our room, we could see the nasty water sitting there. We went out to breakfast as the food did not look eatable. The sausage was gray in color and the eggs looked like they were sitting in water. I didn’t look any further. The room was clean but old and dated. The switch cover didn’t properly fit in the wall exposing the area behind it. The shower was cold, water didn’t get hot."
