The phone was not plugged in, remote didn’t work, and it was uncomfortably warm even with the A/C turned down to 60. "

"The room was fine. The staff very friendly. Gym room was very handy. The pool good for kids - too small for laps. You can walk to the IHOP or Cracker Barrel. The hall noise was a little much at times - that would depend on who is staying and the time of night. It settled down and is more an issue of sound insulation. "
