"The room was ok. No soap at sink had to use body wash in shower New staff being trained at check in made the process very slow then when i checked out the next morning it wasnt right and the desk clerk was confused which delayed my leavinv for the airport"

"Beds and kitchen table chairs were ridiculously low to the ground, as if the room was setup for little people. Staff was nice. They charge their customers daily parking fees. I asked about those later-billed credit card charges when they showed up on my credit card a couple days after returning home. They also make you place a little, yellow slip on your dashboard that identifies you as being a paying a customer, like the campgrounds do. A genuine pain and something I've never seen before in...

"We had a pleasant stay at Garner Hotel Londonderry - Manchester by IHG. The hotel staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful from arrival and check-in through the rest of our stay. While it’s clear the property is older, it is well maintained. The rooms are very basic and amenities are minimal, but everything was clean and comfortable. Overall, the hotel felt welcoming, and we would stay here again."
