All the staff we interacted with were great! We were a late arrival and even in the wee hours we received a pleasant welcome. The room had a newly re-done bathroom that looked good but so little water came from the shower that it was hard to get rinsed. The carpet in our room was torn and dirty. The continental breakfast was available, but very basic. Parking was adequate.

The price was right. If you are looking for a place to sleep, the price is good. Breakfast was very limited, and even though it is a no smoking property, it has a very pungent marijuana smell.

This property was grimy and smelled for marajuana. The commom areas, halls and elevator were particularly gross. The room was much better. The bathroom was clean with nice fixtures. The bed was clean and comfortable. The furnishings were stylish. However the room smelled of marajuana, There where cigarette birns in the bedspread. I stayed 3 nights and had no maid service. I ran the fan nonstop to reduce the smell. It was nice that there was a Duncan Donuts and a 24 jr. Mc Donalds next door.

Budget place with a good location. I use it coming from NH to NY 4X a year. Right off the highway. Near the Airport. Fantastic Sports pub Rounders basically 25 feet away. One of the best diners in the country, Airport Diner across the street. D&D & Mcds within a 3 minute walk. Basic rooms with comfortable beds. Always clean. Great staff.

The room itself was nice...although maid service only came I night I was there. Some staff were good, others either in over their head or just didn't care. The premises are in horrible shape...I have stayed here previously multiple times, and though it was only a 2 star before it is 1 star now. One of the staff (who himself was a good guy) was having trouble with their system of receiving credit from expedia--or so he said, delaying granting me a key. He had me speak to his "colleague" whom he was conversing with to solve this problem, and his colleague suggested I call expedia to resolve it. I can only conclude this soul was seriously misguided. As for customer service, this fellow gets a -1. In the end, I could care less, will not use these folks again. Post this in case someone in their corporate teams reads this stuff. As a former CEO, can say I suggest they begin to care about their brand and user ex.

I have stayed here about 10 times. They are starting to redo the room so it is still in a transitional phase but looks 1000X better than it did 5 years ago. Great location with a great bar 20 steps away and one of the nations best diner across the street.
