Hotel Dekat Plaza 28

"I thought for the price of the room the place would be a lot nicer. I tried to check in a little early because my travel plans had changed. Unfortunately I was not able to do so and no other option was given. When I checked into my room (King room with jetted tub) I noticed that it was clean and had the right size bed. The bed itself was in rough shape. Very hard and sloped down to one side. The floor in front of the tub that was next to the bed was buckled from moisture. There were...

"Well maintained rooms, pool and grounds. The front desk and housekeeping staff are great and very helpful! The breakfast was great and the food was hot. Please expand the pantry offerings and keep it stocked that was also great!"

"Small stain in floor. Shower/toilet door opens by sink and is a pain when you have multiple people. No breakfast was offered. Had to pay!! "

"The staff were disorganized and rude. They communicated with me poorly and did not take any accountability for their mistakes and disorganization. The staff did not apologize for the inconvenience and denied to accommodate my husband and I in anyway. I felt disrespected and dismissed as a guest. "

"Breakfast was good, and the area was decent, though there wasn’t much going on nearby. The staff was friendly and generally helpful throughout our stay. However, housekeeping did not come to change the towels, replace the toilet paper, or make the beds. Overall, it was still a nice experience. We had to leave a day early, and the staff handled the change without any issues."

"Everything was great except the pool. It was kind of grimy looking. But that isn't something that is a necessity for us. The room was spacious with plenty of desk space for us to work remotely. The kitchenette had the necessary pots/pans/etc to make some basic dinners. We stayed a week while visiting kids/grandkids near by. It was perfect for us and I suspect we will be booking it again."
