"The place seemed very clean upon arrival. The only complaint I have is one the fire alarm went off and they seem to not be aware that the alarm was going off in my room until I went down to the lobby and made them aware too. I woke up to cockroaches crawling on the table between beds."

"When checking in, we had to wait 5 minutes for staff to even be in the lobby. He was not friendly at all and spoke so quietly that we could barely hear him. I did not have high expectations because of the price. I didn’t want anything fancy, but I did expect it to be reasonably clean. I was wrong. Each bed only had two pillows. I went and asked for an extra pillow and blanket (we didn’t want to sleep on the sheets) and was told they didn’t have any extra. I was given an extra set of sheets...

"The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We travel a lot. This was one of the best hotel experiences we ever had. Everyone and everything deserves 10+. But their breakfast buffet deserves a few extra points on top of that. It is THE best breakfast we have enjoyed in the U.S. so far, comparable to the greatest breakfast experiences in Italy or France."
