"Parking was fine. I was booked in a room that only had one key and I was told to make sure I returned it. They did not explain that the lock on the room door was defective and on returning to my room Saturday evening I was locked out. Staff had to calla locksmith who had to break in the room. I was told that I could get a cart to put behind the door because it might not lock back. I spoke to the Assistant Manager who would not take any responsibility for the situation although I had asked for another key the previous night. She stated “there’s only one key that is a special room”. I didn’t inquire further because I was helping someone with their luggage. The door had been broken in before, the person at the front desk told me. I gathered my belongings and found another hotel. They should not have booked anyone in a room with a defective lock. The cleaning lady dumped the trash and left fresh towels, but never made the bed…. My stay was terrible."

"Hotel is hard to find. The entire hotel smelled of pot and individuals were casually walking around at night intoxicated and smoking pot. Woke up and went to leave in the morning and individuals were standing outside on the stairs smoking pot at 7am. Rooms are not well kept at all and the property is pretty run down. The pictures online are no where near an accurate description of the hotel."

"The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous. They helped me when my key wasn’t working but it was mainly my fault. I think they’d be even better if they had like some sort of stovetop. My air went out and they were very professional and wasted no time to accommodate me. I was told that I had spoke with the owner and didn’t even realize it, but she was very polite and helpful. I’d recommend a stay there for anyone."
