"Parking was fine. I was booked in a room that only had one key and I was told to make sure I returned it. They did not explain that the lock on the room door was defective and on returning to my room Saturday evening I was locked out. Staff had to calla locksmith who had to break in the room. I was told that I could get a cart to put behind the door because it might not lock back. I spoke to the Assistant Manager who would not take any responsibility for the situation although I had asked...

"Complementary Breakfast & Dinner, rooms are spacious & clean, staff (front desk assoc & kitchen staff) were amazing, and accommodating. We arrived at hotel early, check in was at 3pm, however, accommodations were made for us to check in early. Overall we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the pleasant experience. It means a lot to know that customer service is still important to some companies. Again, Thank you & I look forward to visiting again. "

"Our room smelled like urine. We didn’t really start smelling it until the middle of the night. I believe someone has either pee’d in the carpet or had a dog in the room that may have peed and didn’t clean it. We also didn’t have washcloths to bathe with. Only 2 washcloths and towels for 4 people in our room and when we asked for more there weren’t any, causing us to spend even more money to go buy some just so we could shower. Highly disappointed. This reservation should not have cost $140 for...

"This was our second stop at this hotel. It was recently built and is still in good order. It was clean, breakfast was warm and well stocked. Staff was very helpful."

"Hotel is hard to find. The entire hotel smelled of pot and individuals were casually walking around at night intoxicated and smoking pot. Woke up and went to leave in the morning and individuals were standing outside on the stairs smoking pot at 7am. Rooms are not well kept at all and the property is pretty run down. The pictures online are no where near an accurate description of the hotel."

"Arrived at three o'clock was shown Two different rooms that were not ready. Ended up taking room 103 on the first floor and the room smelled extremely musty and dirty. Towards the end of the evening ended up getting very sick to my stomach due to the smell."

"Very unclean room with lots of dust and stains/holes in the bedding. While the staff was very nice, and they came in to make the bed and replace the towels everyday, this place definitely could use new linens, new towels, and a handyman to come in and fix up the rooms. Overall the room did the job I needed it to but I don’t think I’ll be booking again. "
