"I always would like to have an early check-in. I had to wait two hours after I showed up at one, but that was OK. The outside of the property needs to be a little freshened up and I know you live in the cold snowy area, but the holes in the parking lot need to be patched. The inside of the room was very nice. I had one of those huge rooms with the king size bed room number 141 and everything was good there."

When we asked for clean towels, we were made to feel like an inconvenience, but were delivered within 5 min. Air conditioner blew right on our heads. Pillows paper thin. Shower tiny like a phone booth with very low fixture. Toilet was miniature and very low height. Upside: Room was clean, but very small and crowded. We had booked king bed but were given 2 queens. "
