"An excellent place to stay in South Goa! The staff is exceptionally courteous, and the spacious rooms are thoughtfully designed. The entire hotel campus is picturesque. The food was delightful, though the breakfast and dinner buffet options could be more diverse."

"The property was excellent. I liked all the amenities they provided at an affordable price during the peak season. Everyone was very friendly, and I loved the location—it’s within walking distance from the beach."

"The back of the property is full of rats. The room itself is VERY tired and needs refurbishing, curtains fall down everytime thier pulled. AC doesn't cool, TV wires and and control box just hanging loose. We asked if we could move room which was agreed, so we moved only to be told the room was now booked. We decided to leave rather than stay in the same room for another night. Plus side there is a pool."
