"Our room was very beautiful with a lovely view. The service was excellent. We had a great dinner at Charlieโs the first night and our server, Euan, was really great. The complimentary breakfast was appreciated. My husband forgot some important papers on the desk in our room, today, after checking out, and we are having problems connecting with the staff there. Nobody is answering the phone or returning our calls."
