The lady at the reception was friendly and efficient. The property is good but quite dated. Needs refurbishment. The room was very clean. You could see despite the new carpets, water marks on the edge of walls and the air conditioner was noisy. Excellent location..

Oaks Nelson Bay suites are pretty nice. We received a free upgrade for one bedroom apartment with full kitchenware, Foxtel. Car park is alright. The best thing that I like was the walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Great place to stay

This was a great spot to stay. The staff were very helpful. Very close to beach marina and shops. The carpark driveway was steep and a bit difficult to manage but everything else was perfect 9/10

Overall a good place to stay while in Nelson Bay. Underground secure parking, easy to use lift, clean room with a comfortable bed, kitchenette with a good array of glasses, cutlery etc walking distance to everything in Nelson Bay. Has a laundry in the basement near the lift which is free, just bring your own washing powder etc
