No windows in a family room felt too tight and claustrophobic. There was a main bedroom that had windows but the other “bedroom” was actually just a space with a bunk bed. "The best selling point is the staff - very respectful, attentive and will provide service above and beyond. Room - provided with daily cleaning but I had mites bite and ended up seeing a dermatologist for treatment. Wifi was the biggest problem - no access the entire stay and I was told that there are too many users that slows down the service- this has to be improved especially there are frequent conferences and events held in the hotel.
