"The bed was perfect after a long day of traveling. Clean. One elevator was working, the other being serviced but it wasn’t a problem since they weren’t busy. The bathroom furnishings were worn, caulk was cracked in between the tiles and there was a little area of water damage. "

"Nice hotel overall. We had a horrible squeaky light fixture in the bathroom and had to call housekeeping. Turns out they were aware of the problem but didn’t seem to act like they planned a permanent fix. Luckily they were able to make it stop. Aside from that it was a decent hotel"

"Service was excellent. I was placed in the room I requested, thank you for that!! The bed was wonderful, I really appreciated the fact that the AC wasn't leaving the room muggy and damp like some do. Breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. The attendants were awesome and hard workers! I like using the app to unlock the doors, it's a great convenience perk! Upon arrival I found a dirty floor in my room. I ended up asking for a vacuum and cleaned the floor myself - the front house manager did...

"出張のため、宿泊しました。 非常に綺麗で、冷蔵庫も大きく、朝食も美味しかったです。 リンカーン空港に行きたく、朝５時のシャトルバスを予約しましたが、運転士さんの姿がなく焦りましたが、カウンターに連絡する直ぐ対応してもらえました。 歩いて行けるところに、飲み物やパンなどが安く売っているディスカウントストアがあります。マクドナルドにも歩いて行けるので、便利ですよ！"
