"Really nice hotel very close to train station. There are restaurants and a cafe in the hotel so you don’t have to leave. Room was overall nice though our king bed was 2 double beds pushed together each with separate sheets so it was like we were sleeping in different beds right next to each other. Unfortunately there was construction right outside that went all night."

"Location is perfect as it is close to the Atocha train station. Seina Sofia and Prado museums as well as the Retiro park. Some people may prefer to live close to the very busy area (gran via). The place is very well maintained. I would like to stay here again if I ever visit Madrid again. Breakfast is really good, not super fancy but offer many options and good quality. It is great to have a big breakfast before starting walking for almost a whole day."

"Ac did not work and we could not sleep. Pool was tiny and the vending machines empty. Rooms very small. I will not be back. Safe was not fastened to anything."

"The hotel's design is nice, but it's not functional, especially the bathrooms. The noise at night is unbearable because the bars in the area are constantly blaring from 10 pm until 8 am the next day. The staff wasn't very friendly and didn't offer solutions for problems they couldn't solve."

"Our air conditioning wasn’t working well but they fixed it very promptly once we advised them. We did find it hard sleeping because the air conditioning would not run during the night and we were experiencing a heat wave in Madrid. We didn’t have a sheet so we could toss off the cover and still be covered. (Apparently, we need to be covered even when we are warm.)"

"The hotel is not located in the most desirable area. Just one block away, there were numerous dumpsters that created an unpleasant odor. In addition, the breakfast area was extremely dirty, including the floors, tables, and chairs. I would recommend spending a little more for a better hotel chain, even if it means staying 10 minutes farther away, as the overall experience would likely be much better."

"I’ll give you point by point. The rooms are horrible, the staff is bad, and the amenities are VERY BASIC. 1. I arrived early. Asked if they could accommodate. They had many rooms but asked for 35 Euros in early check in fees. 2. I agreed to pay the fee. But the room I was given was on their top most floor. The room had low ceiling and I meant really low ceiling. You’ll feel claustrophobic within 10 seconds after walking into the room. This is AFTER PAYING THE 35 Euros!! 3. The next room they...

"Nice hotel, well located. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early in the morning, but the staff managed to find us a room available so we could rest earlier. Well appreciated. Very clean hotel. We found out during our last days that a little museum was at ground floor, and free to visit. Great add on! We strongly recommend a room with doors, that can be opened to feel the breeze and the vibe. Liked the fact that the room was spacious, with a separate section with a sofa and tv."

"The hotel is in a great location and although it is right off the Plaza Mayor, it was quiet. The staff were incredibly professional and helpful. The breakfast was good. The rooms super comfortable. I will definitely stay here again!"
