Beautiful spot & convenient location. Room was meticulously clean and spacious. The view from our balcony was beautiful overlooking the pool & marina. Breakfast had fresh fruit and a wide selection of hot food which was replenished frequently by some very hard working staff who never stopped moving the 1/2 hour we were there. Highly recommend & would definitely stay again the next time we are in the Naples area.

Fantastic hotel! We stayed for 6 nights - the property has a private garage so parking was a breeze. Really good location in Old Naples on 5th Ave. in walking distance to all of the downtown bars, restaurants and shops. A few more blocks past that is the beach - super easy! The staff was the highlight - everyone was so friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was amazing. The pool area was large and great to the kids, loved the balcony overlooking the marina. I would highly recommend staying here!

Breakfast was solid, and the rooms themselves are impressively spacious. That said, a few things stood out as surprisingly underwhelming for a hotel at this price point. The pillows are oddly small given the scale of the rooms, the bathroom amenities are bare-bones — no moisturizer, no shower cap — and there's no complimentary water to be found anywhere. At close to $300 a night, you'd expect the basics to be covered. They weren't.
