"I stayed at this hotel twice. The first night we stayed, the hotel wasn't that impressive to us. We stayed in a Superior Double or Twin Room, and the bathroom upon our entry smelled like pee and did not seem clean to us and the room was a little stuffy. The next time we stayed, it was a whole LOT better. We stayed in the Family Quadruple Room and it was very spacious, with a view of a little garden, it was very clean, and very comfortable. A little consistency would go along way. Either way, the breakfast was delicious!"

"Room was fantastic with a great view of water. The hotel was in a great location for us and the walks along the water at night were memorable. We spent a couple afternoons at the pool relaxing with Aperol Spritz. Breakfast at hotel was excellent and set us up for the day."

"Lovely hotel relatively close to the centre or Naples although due to the topology of the city it was considerably higher than the main shopping area. The breakfast and food served in Bidder Terrace was lovely although we didn’t eat in The George restaurant as one of our party was vegan. The views from the rooftop bar were amazing but it could only my accessed via a staircase from the Bidder Terrace although there was a terrace on the left of entry level with almost as good a view. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and attentive."

"The place was nice. Lobby & breakfast area on the main floor were really nice and well kept. Breakfast and bag of various travel amenities were awesome. The room itself was ok. It smelled a little funny before we turned on the AC. Once we did that it was ok. The room was functional and was clean."
