"Great place for family stay and my family wants to visit again. But the bedding pillow was too high for my husband and he had trouble sleeping. Bedding was comfortable but not the best compared to other hotels. Interior was excellent with nice view and great kitchen area. It had LG Styler which we can refresh our clothes which was awesome. It is very decent upscale residence type hotel."

"This was a beautiful apartment near the water in Busan. The laundry was easy to use in the kitchen and the other kitchen amenities were handy. The closet was great for us to spread out and the living room/kitchen island were convenient when we were in the room. No issues using the QR codes for the elevator (after the first try) and the codes for the building and room were straightforward."

"Really beautiful and spacious apartment living. Clean with beautiful views of the ocean. Heated floors even. Easy location with convenience to a grocery store, 7-11 and mall with lots of food places. The AC and refrigerator dispenser options were a little hard to navigate even with Google translator. Tips: there are lots of LCT locations and so you need to be specific about which one. “Apartmento” seems to register with taxi drivers. Or they can figure it out with Google Maps or NAVER...

"It was very difficult to find the check-in office. When we entered the room, there were blood stains on the bed sheets, which made us feel uncomfortable from the beginning. There were also so many mosquitoes that everyone in our family got bitten. When we asked for mosquito repellent at the office, we were told to go buy it ourselves at a nearby market. We were very disappointed with the way this was handled."
