Best stay ever!

It's truly a home away from home! The location was easy to find, and lots of food options in and near Busan Station. The Ocean view was beautiful and the suite was extremely clean, with very comfortable beds. Checking in (and out) was easy and the staffs responds very quickly to requests. Would totally visit again when we're back in Busan!

The property is near Busan station, very easy to get train, room is clean, the view is beautiful. At beginning, we couldn’t figure out how to use air conditioning, because we couldn’t read Korean instruments, finally we found English version and solved problems.

What a surprise! Amazing, huge apartment. Ours was on the 24th floor and had a wonderful view of Busan harbour. Convenient to Busan Station with a covered walkway from the station. Beds are comfortable, apartment is new and very clean. The area is cosmopolitan with lots of nearby restaurants. There's no front desk and following the virtual guide they provide for you to check in and find your room might be a little confusing, but if you trust the process you'll get there surprisingly easy. Communication with staff is quick and helpful, but it does feel a little like you're communicating with an AI. Busan station provides easy access to go out and see the rest of Busan.

Great value for money

The linked family room was perfect for our group of 6. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The location was very close to Busan trainstation. Only slight annoyance was the fact that there was a test of the intercom at 08:30 am.

The property manager was able to allow us to drop off our luggage inside our booked residential unit prior to check in time, in addition to getting our keys. Everything was well instructed and really enjoyed their kiosk and QR code services to check in and check out system with all the amenities detail.

We had a great stay at Brown Suites! The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed — washer, dryer, LG Styler, full kitchen, and even a massage chair. It made our family feel right at home. The location was super convenient, with plenty of eateries, supermarkets, and easy access to train and metro stations. But during our last 2 days, there was a slight odour in the corridor, we guess possibly from neighbouring units or leftover food waste from the rubbish chute, but it didn’t affect our overall experience. All in all, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Very impressive. High tech from check in to check out -- everything on line. No human contact unless you need or want. Huge apartment with everything you may think that you need. Very convenient location either for business or for pleasure.
