Rooms and hallways smelled overwhelmingly like cigarette smoke and the air purifier in the room smelled heavily of mildew, making the room smell even worse after turning it on. "This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I checked out after only one night and was not able to get a refund for the other two nights I had booked. Airtel Busan shouldn’t even be listed on Expedia and I am upset that they let a place that is so dilapidated book on their platform. The bathroom was completely covered in black mold, the room is next to a factory which can be heard through earplugs while you try to sleep. NEVER BOOK HERE"

"Welcoming staff, easy to communicate with them in english. Relaxing ambiance in the lobby. Room is great, clean and comfy bed. The area is connected to lotte mall, it is a plus factor for tourist like us who loves shopping. Variety of food cuisine to choose from, branded and designers products are all available in lotte mall. Easy check in and out. Money exchange is also availble thru machine in the lobby. Overall we enjoy our stay and will definitely comeback again if given the chance."
