"Free breakfast and meet lounge were very nice. Staff were attentive and friendly. Pretty central location near Dotonbori and Namba. The room wasn’t spacious, but it did have a true king sized bed and enough room to move around. Not sure it’s quite a 5-star hotel, but it was a very pleasant stay. "

"Conveniently located near train stations and plenty of shopping and dining options. Rooms are small and a bit dated but they make up for it with excellent customer service, useful amenities and excellent breakfast. Highly recommend! "

"It's a little bit of a walk to the subway stations if you have a lot of luggage. Check in went smoothly. They had secured our luggages from the Forwarding service. Hotel has complimentary snacks and beverage/water which was awesome. Room was clean and comfy. Loved that the toilet was separate for getting ready in the morning. The room did have a musty and sewery smell. Not sure if it was from the AC but wasn't pleasant. The fridge is tiny. Bed was comfy. Not a whole lot of hanging space. Lots of separate amenities in the lobbies if you need them. Great location for going to dontobori."

"Almost perfect, one thing I noticed though, every time I had my room made up, they do not vacuum the room carpet, I do not see a vacuum at the aisle as well. Room and washroom is clean, it would be better if rooms are to be vacuumed."

"Room was clean and fresh towels provided daily. Laundry within hotel and a 24 hour coin. laundry was across the street. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area."

"Swiss Nankai is an absolute delight to stay From the staff to the rooms the reception coffee lounge I felt welcomed every time I engaged with any staff member. Toko Geoffrey at reception Katayama massage therapist and Myu at the spa area. The location is right at the entrance of Ebisu bridge street for shopping and dining.
