Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a spacious room near Dotonbori.
It’s in an incredibly convenient location—just a 5‑minute walk to the iconic Glico sign. Upon arrival, the staff showed us a short introduction video, which was a nice touch, and we were welcomed with complimentary soda, face masks, bath salts, and toothbrush sets.
The room was generously sized, especially compared to most hotels in Japan. We’re a family of four and slept comfortably on the beds provided, and the couch can also convert into a sofa bed. We stayed in the Superior Twin Room in the main building, which also included a full‑size refrigerator.
The hotel is within easy walking distance to Namba Walks and Namba Station, with two Lawson stores and a 7‑Eleven just a block away. There’s 24‑hour access to washers and dryers (¥500 per load, with coin exchange available at the front desk), plus a common area with free drinks where you can enjoy takeout meals.
Most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind, genuine, and attentive—they truly went above and beyond. On our last day, they even offered to drop us off at the bus stop and made sure we had the correct IC card. We were extremely grateful for their hospitality.
Cons (very minor): The toilet is very small, and there are a couple of love hotels nearby. They’re not obvious and our kids didn’t notice—but IYKYK.
