"Rooms were very spacious we stayed in the Junior suites at the Ritz and was very happy with our room, The staff were absolutely amazing they made our family trip even more special with the outstanding service they all provided, everyone was so polite and attentive nothing was ever an issue. Location was close to eateries and attractions were only 10min in a taxi that were readily available. I will definitely be staying here again Overall The Ritz Carlton is a 9.5 out of 10"

"Great location close to the Hommachi station which connects to multiple lines, easy to travel around Osaka and 50 mins to Nara Park. The staff were very helpful we were able to send our luggage from the hotel to our hotel in Tokyo. The rooms were clean and there was enough space to have two luggages open in our room. The breakfast in the morning was also great, and there is a Family Mart right across the street. "

"It was great to have a washer in the apartment style hotel. I wish cooking utensils were included to use the stove but sadly they are not. Lot of local places to eat that are good. 10 minute walk to train stations. Close to convenience stores! "
