The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, location was great. The only downside to the hotel was that there was a lot condensation in the room, even with a provided dehumidifier. What’s crazy is I stayed there during the winter time.

Excellent staff services and cleanliness. The only issue with s the convenience of public transportation, but they provide shuttle bus services which are helpful to mitigate. Thank you for all great staff as they are professional with smile and speak English well.

A very best hotel

This was our second time staying at a Mitsui hotel. This location is extremely good: new clean and the room is very well designed. On the opt of it the hotel provides a shuttle bus to the Osaka Station and a public path on the top floor. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and will stay at it if we visit Osaka again.

Great service! The room was a little small but it was perfect for sleep if you will be out in the city sight seeing and only sleeping at the hotel it’s perfect. I lived the pj that were given so everyone in the hotel wore them plus the onsen was great . Staff was great the cleaning staff was also great . Highly recommend

The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Even though the area was sparse with shopping and restaurants we enjoyed what was in the area. The one small negative was the restaurant but the food was good enough.
