This place is amazing. Its proper ryokan with very high quality and service. It is away from downtown but worth taking time to get here. Food was delicious and probably best I had in Japan

Sea view, superb service, fantastic dinner with fresh sashimi and seafood. One of the best service I received from checking in to checking out. Though Onsen was normal but quite exclusive. Rustic small town. Best for weekdays get away from stressful city life

it was very hard to communicate with the staff. even to book the onsen. young staff were from other countries chinese and east asian countries. I think they should hire someone who can at least basic English. anyways there were stuffs we should ask for. but I couldn't say anything because of that. I come to Japan for business trip 5 times a year. and this was my worst trip. onsen was good indeed, if it was a bit cleaner it would been better tho.

Staff: very friendly. They are very responsive to my questions. I managed to ask for pick up service just several hours before my arrival. They are able to entertain my request. At the property, staff is very friendly. I feel at home. Location: the onsen hotel is near utsumi station. There is a free pick up service from the station. A wonderful sea view from the room. Can walk along the coast anytime. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. But we chose to dine in at the hotel. Cleanliness and size : clean and spacious. The hotel probably spends a lot of money on the maintenance. The hotel looks very grand but at the same time looks very ‘japanese’. I have been to many onsen hotels and I would say this one is the best at this reasonable price! Highly recommended if you go to Nagoya

おとな2名、子供3名（9歳・6歳・4歳）の宿泊でした。 なんとなく見つけたホテルでしたが、料理もおいしく子供には食べきれないほどのボリュームを提供していただきました。 部屋風呂はありませんでしたが、泊まったフロアに2つの貸し切り風呂があり、空いていればいつでも利用可能との事で子供と何度も入りました。 嫁さん的には露天過ぎて恥ずかしいようでしたが。 全体的に大満足でした。

今回、老親を連れて伺いましたが、丁寧にご対応くださりありがたかったです。お料理はどれも美味しく素晴らしかったです。また、お風呂がたくさんあって、楽しいです。 予約が必要なお風呂があってそれがちょっとわかりにくかったです。あと、可能なら部屋でコーヒーが飲みたいです。

スタッフの方はとても感じの良い方達でした。お部屋も広々していて6人で過ごすのに充分でした。ただ床に髪の毛が落ちていたので、少し気になりました。 あと、２階のEV横の女性トイレの１つでどなたかタバコを吸っていた形跡が。便器に吸い殻があり、便座にも灰が付いてて不快でした。少しタバコの匂いも。あと、システムトイレじゃなかったので、子供がお尻が冷たいって嫌がってました。食事は美味しかったですが、子供の食事が定番のハンバーグにエビフライで、せっかく海の近くに来たのだから海の幸が食べたかったと言ってました。　 帰り際に手作りの木のおもちゃも頂きありがとうございました。あと、お風呂はどれも景色が良く最高でした。

露天風呂付き客室を予約しましたが、他にも利用できる温泉が沢山あり、1グループ貸切で使えるのは良かったです。 特に5階は豪華な見た目で、1泊25分間の時間区切りでチェックイン時に早い者勝ちで時間指定できます。 他にも早くチェックインすると色々サービスがあるようです。また、景色を楽しむ点でもチェックインは早い方が良いです。(夜中は海側何も見えないほど暗闇が広がります) 最寄りのコンビニまで徒歩での移動はあまり現実的ではないので、買い出しを完了した上での宿泊をおすすめします。

毎年利用しています。 が、初めて貸切風呂で15時半〜55分までの利用時に湯船が足湯よりも低い位置までしか溜まっておらず残念でした。 今まで一度もそんな事なかったのでびっくりです。 15時チェックインして30分後の利用だったので慌てて入れたのかもしれないですね、、 湯上がりサロンも昨年行くのが遅く次は早く来てねー！と言われたので今年は2時間早い15時チェックインしたのに日本酒のみのセルフサービスで残念でした。 とは言え大好きな宿なので来年またリベンジ！

部屋の外のデッキに置いてあった灰皿には、タバコの吸い殻が何本も残っており、不快でした。またデッキの木材が腐食して子供が歩くのには危なかったです。屋上露天風呂横のシャワーや蛇口からの水漏れもありました。 スタッフはベトナムの方と思われますが、よく教育され感じ良く接して頂きました。

部屋も広くて眺望も良く、とても贅沢な気分でした。露天風呂も貸し切りにできたので、ゆっくりと楽しむことが出来ました。残念なのはどのお風呂も露天風呂なので体などを洗って、頭をゆっくり乾かせる大浴場がないのが残念でした。3人でお風呂に行くとドライヤーも順番になり、風邪を引いてしまいました。食事はとてもおいしかったです売店が品揃え悪く水すら買うことも出来ず困りました。お風呂と売店以外はたくさんのサービスがありとても良かったです。

お風呂、とても良かったです。どのお風呂も楽しめました。特に、屋上の露天風呂は、景色も綺麗で、お湯の温度も他よりは低かったので、入りやすかったです。 お料理も食べ切れないほどの品数と量で、鮑などどれも美味しくいただきました。 チェックインのときにお抹茶とお菓子をいただきましたが、これもとても美味しいフルーツ大福？でした。 スタッフの方々のご対応も、とても丁寧で心地よく過ごさせていただきました。 また伺いたいお宿です。ありがとうございました。
