This was relatively close to Nagoya station which I needed to be near for the shinkansen line to Kyoto. I could really feel Nagoya in this area. Not only that but the staff were super helpful with handling my luggage before and after check in. ありがとうございました!😊

This is a fantastic place for access to the train station and lots of food options. Very walkable area and only 2 blocks from train station which is very user friendly. Again rooms are small so remember that when booking.

Very nice hotel and staff were super friendly and helpful. My only dislike was the coin laundry was inside of the hot springs that we didn’t use so we didn’t do our laundry.

Great location - but small rooms

The hotel is located conveniently close to Nagoya's central train station, with lots of amenities nearby. The onsen is nice (but doesn't allow in tattooed guests). However, the rooms are so small that there is no space for bigger suitcases (so you will have to store them under the bed).

The rooms are tiny, which is typical for Japan. They do not do daily room service but will provide new towels and robes and coffee/tea every day. The use of single use plastics is absurd. The staff is friendly. Skip the breakfast and find something better nearby.

The arrival was perfect. Three employees took care on the customers. All fomalities were done immediately. My room looked like new. There was not any smallest damage at the walls, furnitures and floor. The take-care during my stay was perfect. My room was cleaned up perfectly. The Nagoya station is very easy to reach even if there would be rain. Exit 7 is only a fex steps far away from hotel. In the west of the station you can find a varity of traditional restaurants, the AEON mall and nearby you can find some nice Japanese fast food restaurants. It was a great stay.

The hotel service was excellent. The room was very small. You can stay here for 1-2nights maximum with small luggages only otherwise there will be no room to walk. We stayed here with my son 8 y/o and i was surprised that he is not allowed to stay in the same room with us only 6 years old below can stay with parents which I dont think was disclosed here at hotels.com. It was very king of the receptionist to accommodate us for this instance only. I will never stay in this hotel again. Do not recommend with kids.
