お世話になりました

全体的に暗いです Wi-Fi環境もあまり良くない ように感じました 海外のお客様にはもう少し 丁寧に共同浴場の使い方や 館内ルールをわかりやすくアナウンスした方が親切かと思いました 朝食はお値段の割には満足できる品揃えでした

大浴場があるが、その表示がなかなか見当たらない。偶然見かけたので、フロントに確かめた。男子の入浴時間が9時までなので、食事の後ゆっくり入れない。駐車場が有料で800円かかる。敷地内なら無料か、500円までにしてほしい。従業員の対応は、親切でした。

フロントの滑舌が悪いときはしっかり聞き直そう

チェックイン時に朝食が別になっていることを明確に言ってくれなかっとことで朝食で嫌な思いをした。最近朝食券が無いホテルもあるのでそう思っていたら朝食券を求められて初めて知った。朝食もサラダや小鉢ものが無いのに補充されず堪能出来なかった。出張利用には充分であるが、ちょっと残念が残った。

平日19時とチェックインする人が多い時間帯にフロントは一人だけ。15分ほど待たされたが、前にチェックインしている人の会計が耳に入って来て自分より20%以上安い金額だったので御社を使うのはやめようかと思いました。

シングルルームに泊まりました

フロントの対応は丁寧でした。建物が古いのでコンセントが少ないのが難点。充電しながら携帯を見てベットで休みたい方はロングコードを持参するなど対策を考えておいたほうがよいかもしれません。お風呂は狭く深めなので湯船にゆったりつかりたい方にはむきません。それ以外は快適です。コスパと駅近の利便性を考えるとよいホテルだと思います

価格の割には部屋が経年しています。リノベーションが難しいのは分かりますが、それなら価格を下げるべきでしょう。便利な場所にあるので強気？なんでしょうか。駐車場も1,000円取られたので、街中に用がなければ長岡郊外で泊まった方が良かったかも。
