Very close to Nagano station where you can take the Shinkansen or local trains or buses to get around this beautiful prefecture. A short walk to Zenko-ji temple, the Zenko-ji Nakamise shopping street, and Nishinomon-Yoshinoya Sake Brewery if you want to sample some sake or amazake. Compact room but all the amenities needed to make your stay comfortable. If I'm back in Nagano, I will stay there again.

Horrible tiny room worth $50 no more

The name of the hotel is not what I expected. I reserved “comfort hotel” when arrive in Nagano nobody knew this name. Went to info a the station , a very nice lady called the phone # that I have. Hotel has been renamed 2 years ago in “smile hotel” Very confusing. Rooms are tiny, small bed for 2. Paid $350 for a $50 hotel room. Super old room, old tiny bathroom. Do not come here

駅近でわかりやすい場所でした。大通りに面していましたが静かです。朝食は不足気味でパンがたべれないタイミングがありました。レセプションが不愛想な感じ。室内の備品がお茶一杯分だけ。全般に必要以上に節約している印象です。カプセルに近い。その割に宿泊費は高い。

部屋は古さが目立ちますが、寝るだけなら問題ありません。朝食が、おにぎりやパン、ワッフルに果物まであって、無料にしてはとても充実していたし、美味しかったです。
