"Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 9 notti in una junior suite con vista sulla piscina principale. La camera è notevole e ha all’interno una vera e propria sala da bagno! Ambiente esterno molto curato (il verde è manutenuto benissimo). Personale molto disponibile e sempre presente! Ristoranti alla carta con cibo di buona qualità soprattutto a colazione. Top"

"Food tastes good but repetitive. The Spa is okish but funny how disposable pant are not provided and the weirdest thing is having to wear bra. So, take your beach bra with you because I had to wear my normal bra while my body was being scrubbed. Been to spas in different countries and never experienced anything like this. The suite we were given was so dusty but cleaner sorted it out after complaining. Thanks to (cleaner ALI), he made sure our room was clean throughout our stay. Staff are nice and helpful. Good for family with children."

"Our first-floor room was lovely, with a grand view of the garden. The staff are wonderful everywhere you go, friendly and accommodating. The food is only OK. While they do have a large variety in themain dining room, it is mostly buffet style, and lack-luster. The is a lovely resort and I would probably like to stay again. However, it is getting a little older and I'm sure some of the new resorts are nicer. The price was great for all-inclusive. The Red Sea Beach was pretty amazing!"

"We asked to be as close as possible to the reception and got a room that was at the very end of the resort, which required at least 15 minute walk every time we wanted to dine or use the amenities. The toilet was leaking, and a strong sewage smell was in the room. We had to go to the reception 3 times because our keys got deactivated over and over again. Talking with the manager brought no results at all besides saying sorry. It was overall very disappointing. "

"I stayed at Cleopatra Adult only resort for five nights . Room: My room on arrival was dirty and had mould all over the bathroom. It looked unwashed and unkept. I was disgusted. The toilet was also unwashed and had dirt black stain inside the WC. I had to use the restaurant toilet. I requested for a room change. I was taken to a room on the 6th block which smelled like a pit latrine. The next day I was given another room which still had mould but was not as much as the other. The bathroom walls had blacks stains and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The room it self was okay, a good sized double bed and enough wardrobe space. Food : The food was a 7/10. The only drawback was we had only three fruit options for six days which was quite upsetting. Activities: The hotel is very boring. They barely had any activities planned throughout my stay. There was only a foam pool party on Valentine’s Day and that was it. The open space for night games wasn’t used once till I left. Drinks: The fruit juice was crap. Highly diluted with water….. water was better than that. Alcohol wasn’t original, as they didn’t taste as they should. Staff: Most were quite respectful but some were very defensive when asked questions while others kept asking “ when are you leaving?” which I found quite ridiculous. Overall, I believe this hotel should pass as a 3star hotel at most as it doesn’t meet the standards of a five star hotel in my books. The hotel needs serious renovation."
