Cleopatra Sharm Adults Only is an amazing property with phenomenal and attentive staff. I spent 7 nights and was able to enjoy two dinners at the Asian Restaurant on property. I also booked in a Spa Programme and was incredibly relaxed. I’m so happy I chose this hotel.

excellent hotel really enjoyed staying there, hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming, very clean rooms. the only thing we did not like was food, there were not much choices, the menu almost the same everyday, so we did not eat much in the hotel.

The service and friendliness of staff was first class. Especially Ahmed the gym trainer He was superb. A credit to the hotel. Tours were good and lots of places to go. All arranged efficiently and not expensive. Excellent stay.

The staff were extremely dismissive and rude, there was no respect shown for people of brown colour which was shocking given we were in Egypt! Horrible behaviour, book the the hotel which is across the road much better food and staff were very polite. This hotel was not very welcoming or friendly at all, even the bell boy was so rude and then expected a tip!

Most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, I had a bath that I could not use because the plug did not block the hole to allow water to stay in the bath. I reported it to the staff on 3 occasions but it was never fixed. Also, the food was not of the best quality.

Absolutely Exceptional – A Dream Stay at Cleopatra

Our stay at Cleopatra Luxury Resort (Adults Only) was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were treated not as guests, but as valued family — and much of that is thanks to the extraordinary care and attention we received from Mr. Mohamed Abdel Azim and Mr. Ahmad Abdel Miname. Their dedication to excellence and genuine warmth elevated our entire experience beyond what we could have imagined. Mr. Mohamed Abdel Azim ensured every detail of our stay was seamless and comfortable. His professionalism, attentiveness, and ability to anticipate our needs created an atmosphere of pure relaxation. Mr. Ahmad Abdel Miname was equally outstanding — always with a smile, always ready to help, and always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. These two gentlemen are true assets to the resort, and their service set a new standard of hospitality for us. The cleanliness throughout the resort was immaculate — from the sparkling rooms to the beautifully maintained public areas and pools. Every corner of the property radiated freshness and attention to detail, making it feel like a pristine oasis. The accommodation was luxurious, with spacious rooms, incredibly comfortable beds, and stunning views. The design perfectly balances elegance and comfort, creating the perfect environment for rest and enjoyment. When it comes to food, every meal was a delight. The variety, freshness, and quality of the cuisine exceeded our expectations.

I stayed at Cleopatra Adult only resort for five nights . Room: My room on arrival was dirty and had mould all over the bathroom. It looked unwashed and unkept. I was disgusted. The toilet was also unwashed and had dirt black stain inside the WC. I had to use the restaurant toilet. I requested for a room change. I was taken to a room on the 6th block which smelled like a pit latrine. The next day I was given another room which still had mould but was not as much as the other. The bathroom walls had blacks stains and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The room it self was okay, a good sized double bed and enough wardrobe space. Food : The food was a 7/10. The only drawback was we had only three fruit options for six days which was quite upsetting. Activities: The hotel is very boring. They barely had any activities planned throughout my stay. There was only a foam pool party on Valentine’s Day and that was it. The open space for night games wasn’t used once till I left. Drinks: The fruit juice was crap. Highly diluted with water….. water was better than that. Alcohol wasn’t original, as they didn’t taste as they should. Staff: Most were quite respectful but some were very defensive when asked questions while others kept asking “ when are you leaving?” which I found quite ridiculous. Overall, I believe this hotel should pass as a 3star hotel at most as it doesn’t meet the standards of a five star hotel in my books. The hotel needs serious renovation.

I didnt like the fact you put trust into people who are employed by the hotel. On newscyears eve we had a photo taken on the family side of the hotel. We paid cash the recetion staff wete polite but did not follow up our complaint of not receivi g our photo as promised. We ga e a clear discrition of the photographer. Surley they would know who represented the hotel on the night. They kept saying you dont have a contact number, hello the hotel have givien them permission to do a job. Saying that on the adult side we had a photo taken, paid in cash and recived it the next day. Disppointed as it was a memory picture of us.

Tiene buenas instalaciones, habitaciones bien dotadas y muy amplias y zona de las piscinas muy bien en cuanto a la comida muy pocas opciones en 7 días no comí bien ni un solo día , teníamos derecho solo a un restaurante a la carta 2 veces decir que el restaurante Asiático no estaba mal pero las opciones de la carta eran 3 los empleados algunos muy amables la limpiéza muy bien la playa y el mar impracticable a no ser que hagas snorkel que no es mi caso La verdad para ser un 5 estrellas deja mucho que desear
