"Staff is amazing - breakfast was OK, better than most complimentary breakfast options. The property and rooms are clean but you see its age. Think about going to grandmas house - it’s clean and not concerned about staying there but it’s older. A few things didn’t work in the room - nothing that I would mark stars off for - every business has general maintenance. Would definitely stay here again if we are in this area."

"I was disappointed in the National Park. My grandson loved the tower and the view of the mountains however. The hotel was one of the best we've stayed in. Loved the spacious bathroom and the shower was so nice and the convenience of shower gel and shampoo. The hot breakfast was very good. I highly recommend this place "

"Great hotel.. enjoyed our afternoon drinks! Gym was lacking though!.. not many cardio machines in working order..and no weight machines.. only one bench.. too nice of a hotel for the gym to be this lacking!"

"Extremely close to the bath house, valet parking is 30 a day and is staffed 24 hours a day. The renovated rooms are charming and vintage, the historic (non renovated) rooms are very vintage and a bit worse for wear, but they’re working on the whole thing! The mineral water rooms are amazing. The staff was so nice and accommodating, we were upgraded to a very nice room on the 9th floor overlooking the entrance, breakfast is $10-30 per person if no buffet is available, the buffet is 15 per person....

"We stopped for the night on our way to Alabama. Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Quiet, easy parking and walkable to stores/restaurants. Wished we would have planned longer in Hot Springs. Nice area with lakes"
