"This isn't a 3-star hotel, I'll definitely say that. Good for what it is, but should be marketed as a 2-star. Housekeeping will pound on your door and open it even if the "do not disturb" tag is hanging from your doorknob."

"Very run down property; seems like most of the people there are long-term tenants, and the place is pretty beat up -both in the common areas, as well as in my room. My toilet wasn't working - I had to fix it! I skipped the breakfast - it was just some cold to go items, nothing warm or anything where you could actually sit down and have a meal. I definitely will never be going back to this hotel again."

"The staff went above and beyond. Fantastic customer service and clean room. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The pool being not freezing cold was also a plus. "
