"Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room on 3rd floor was beautiful, and newly renovated. The bed was comfy. My only complaint would be that the room was not cleaned properly before we got there. There was lots of little hairs in the edges and corner of the bathroom and shower. There was also lots of dust in the room; on the top of the headboard, window sill, and telephone, etc. There was also a dirty bandaid on the floor in the hallway during our entire stay. I would absolutely stay there...

"This is an old motel that's been renovated. The check-in area wasn't much to look at, but the rooms are nicely renovated, clean, and exactly what you expect from any Hilton. The bagel bar for breakfast was good. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful!"

"Check in was fast. Hotel is on the top of a hill...nice view. Staff were polite. Room was HUGE...lots of room. Only suggestion...fix the water fountain out front. It would look so beautiful on top of the hill with that view."

"I was skeptical after booking and then reading the negative reviews that maybe we didn't make the right choice. To my surprise, the room was extremely clean up on arrival, absolutely no complaints about the room and it's comfort. Front staff was very pleasant. My only complaint was about the pool, which was quite chilly (I don't think it was heated). The pool light was broken and just hanging out the pool, still attached to the inside that left a hole in the pool, which kinda spooked us all out....

"It was very nice. It was clean, everything in the rv worked as it should have. Our 3 kids enjoyed the playground and although we didnt swim in the pool it looked very nice. Close to all main attractions in mystic. We will go back again. "
