"We stayed in a modern, almost new 2 bed barn property in mid-May. The bathroom was well laid out and a selection of towels and toiletries were provided. "This place really has thought of the children first making a wonderful family holiday location. Little touches in the rooms, in the activities and throughout made it feel like the children were truly welcome and they had a wonderful time. "Very pleasant stay. We arrived very late in the evening but our key was available form the bar. Very easy. Good sized room - quiet and not overlooked. Didn't have time to go to the gym or pool but looked good. Excellent breakfast with enough choice to suit most tastes. Minor issue that the carpark isaway from the main building so suggest drive to front door to deposit cases etc and then go and park car in car park (lots of space). Grounds seemed well maintained too."

"The staff were amazing and very helpful. Even with the rain we managed to keep the children entertain with the pool and vast bar area where they run in circles. We got luck with parking but there seems to be parking available nearby. The Land train stop was right next to the hotel which takes you all the way to Fistral beach. The location is great with two beautiful beaches within 6min to 8 mins walk. "
