"The room I was in the AC was broken. It stayed at 64 degrees and couldn’t get warmer. My kid and I were freezing for 2 nights especially getting out of the shower. Maintenance wasn’t available to fix it at that time."

"Dirty and old property. Had to change the room because there were crumbs in the kitchen and dishwasher was bit up. Couldn’t check in until 5:30pm.
