Best thing is limousine bus from airport comes to the front door to this hotel! To go back to airport, it's just a 2 min walk away across the road! "

Services were good, location was impeccable with just a 5 mins walk to Lotte duty free, myeongdong shopping street and about 10 mins walk to shinshege and namdaemun market. Club lounge offers thoughful to-go box for family with children, since children are not permitted to join cocktail session. "Room is of good size for 2 travellers and shopping. Location is good with food options nearby and lots of shopping within walking distance. Some rooms need a little maintenance as certain things not working well. But overall clean and good condition. "

"We loved being in the middle of Myeongdong during our stay in Seoul. Despite the almost perpetual craziness outside, our 3rd floor room was comfy and quiet. Also, the restaurant is excellent! We enjoyed a Korean breakfast one day, and lunch on another day. Both were beautifully prepared and service was helpful and fun. The only issue with the hotel was not being able to check in early.
