"The property is new and modern and a lovely place to stay long or short term. It is worth noting that there is only street parking or paid undercover parking around the corner. There is construction on the building next door and if your room faces the street it can be quite noisy all hours of the night. The best thing about it were the people who looked after me and were beyond helpful before I arrived arranging my airport pick up, waiting for me when my baggage got lost and taking me back to the airport to collect it. "An absolute gem of a hotel right in the heart of the "old town" area near Kloof Street. Beautiful colonial style design with fantastic local artwork throughout, amazing (cool) pool, honesty bar, secure on street parking (security watchmen at all times) and the most amazing helpful staff I've ever had at a hotel - emails and information on things to do, restaurants etc was outstanding. A really brilliant hotel in every way!"

"Loved this hotel and would surely stay here again. Easy access by Uber to everything I needed and staff incredibly helpful. Nice restaurants in the area, beautiful scenery and Table Mountain looming above. My room was nicely renovated and looked really luxe. I also enjoyed the hot tub and sauna although I had very little time to hang out as I was busy with the Cape Town marathon."
