"El check in es un poco complicado porque es en linea y solo hay personal en el front desk en horario restringido... pero fuera de eso, el lugar es espectacular. Camas comodas, lugar amplio, nuevo, limpio y en un area que puedes ir caminando a todo. Hay un area de restaurantes buenisimos cerca. Super farmacia y transportw publico saliendo de los departamentos. Seguro y comodo. Lo recomiendo. "

"We had a terrible experience at this hotel. When we arrived, they told us that we had reserved two rooms (we hadn’t, and we prepaid for one). They wouldn’t let us check in unless we paid for another room, which we were obviously not prepared to do. The staff was extremely rude and not at all accommodating. I was so upset that I ended up going to another hotel. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Easy to get a taxi to and from main train terminal with a taxie stand right out front. Plenty of places to eat. Small kitchen allowed a quiet start by making own breakfast We walked the entire district of Milan to Duomo, last supper tour and many other beautiful buildings. Great location for exploring."

"Cute little hotel in Milan, near Basilica di Santa Maria delle Grazie. Room was spacious and staff was super friendly. They offered a good breakfast and is also located across from a supermarket and bakery. Safe, quiet and strong AC and WiFi. Great value!"

"A beautiful hotel with the most gracious staff. Luis from the concierge service was so kind to not only guide us and tell us some amazing stories but also helped celebrate my son’s birthday by bringing him some treats. The breakfast staff were also extremely friendly and kind. Rose also made sure the kids were well fed and made them feel so special. Thank you!!"

"Really robust air conditioning; elevator; the terrace super cute. Helpful staff. Location is unbeatable!!! Comfortable & spacious (we were in Suite 5). Updated bathrooms - 2 bathrooms in our suite! Coffee maker didn’t work tho."
