"The property was beautiful, the staff was amazing and the fact that the cafe attached was both delicious and had outdoor seating was absolutely incredible… The only downside to our stay is that there was a huge youth field trip. The kids were probably about 10-13 years old and were terribly loud, running up and down the stairs, screaming and yelling in the hallways and the teachers didn’t do anything about it. "La Rosa is one on it's own. It's a unique place to stay. If you're wanting the general grey, black and white decorations then don't go there. It is Victorian in style and they have obviously searched all over to find little artifacts to match the theme of the rooms, each one different. The views over the harbour and wide open sea and over to the Abbey are incredible. The staff are really friendly and will do anything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
