"So perfectly located half a block from Times Square. I did like the valet option as it makes leaving your car super convenient. The staff were great. The rooms were comfortable. We did not do the breakfast offering though."

"Property under major construction. Was never notified about it. Dust and dirt all over. Only one elevator during the day. Debris everywhere. Restaurant closed. Tv in room didn’t work. They said it was because of construction. Waited 15 minutes for the only elevator to have room for me to go downstairs with the gondola. Horrible stay. Reporting them to Hilton, Expedia."

"This is a classic case of you get what you pay for. The location was great. We opted for a full pod and it was aged. The worse was the toilet, there was zero room for your feet in front of you to sit. You had to sit like riding a horse. The metal sink was terrible. Small and almost useable, water splashed everywhere. Could not properly put your head in the sink with the spout in the way. There were no wash clothes provided. At least the room was clean except the floor. White socks turned black just with taking off shoe and walking one step literally. "

My only peeves were that there was only one water fountain in the entire building which was broken and when I let the front desk person know they responded with "go buy water"... The elevators took a very long time and was always packed, to the point that we walked up 10 flights of stairs and it was faster. However, the location was amazing and the hotel was clean and service was direct. "
