"Holland house was a nice stay but we were disappointed with the breakfast that’s included. The breakfast would take us almost an hour to get and to top it off the breakfast would come out cold after waiting all that time. But besides that the hotel is a good place to stay for a couple of days.."

"It is not a boutique hotel. It is a run down mess, it is in a very poor state from cleanliness, beds, smell of mould from AC, to no view, and total misconceptions of what you are getting for a hotel stay. "Expedia showed gorgeous water views- the room was NOT as described or pictured! In the back with just a very partial view mostly from the bathroom. Amenities were sparse and basic- no paper towels,no blanket, no dryer, etc. Will be contacting Expedia when I return home-did not have option to understand this when booked- "

"This resort was an enormous disappointment and felt like a complete misrepresentation of what was advertised. The beach was one of the biggest letdowns there was very little actual beach space, and it was not swimmable, which completely undermines the vacation experience. The pool chairs were extremely uncomfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was dreary and uninspired. Everything was beige and generic, with the feel of a Midwest airport hotel rather than a luxury Caribbean...

"I’m pretty sure I paid for a newer upgraded room, but I wasn’t in a newer room. The property really needs an update. The pool was the best part. If you’re not in the hotel all day long then don’t worry about it, but if you are going to stay in the hotel, I would look at other accommodations."

"Staff did not care about leakage in bathroom, did not follow up on AC not working, indifferent to not having hot water. Coffee machine was not working, light fixtures switches were not working, had to unplug before leaving for the day. Room was not cleaned for three days, no fresh towels. Property, like halls and stairs were dirty and the jacuzzi was full of dust on the bottom. Not worth the $737.00 charged "
