"Average hotel with great beach location and great views from our top floor room and the Mix rooftop bar. Service is inconsistent and not the greatest. Food is average at best and inferior to our experience on the French side of St. Martin. The beach has plenty of beach chairs, but the hotel makes it a challenge to exchange towels by only allowing this at the concierge stand during certain hours - there should be towel kiosks at the beach."

"It is not a boutique hotel. It is a run down mess, it is in a very poor state from cleanliness, beds, smell of mould from AC, to no view, and total misconceptions of what you are getting for a hotel stay. "We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed and the view was perfect. Staff was great and the Gingerbread Cafe is well recommended. That being said, rooms are dated and could use a update."

"Breakfast was painfully slow, on one day breakfast took over one hour. The kitchen wither works very slowly or is severely understaffed. The car park didnt have electronic keys available during our 5 days, we had to have the bell hop walk us to car park each time so they could use their car park key to let us out. "
