Rooms updated very nice and modern . Food selection could have been better but the bar food excellent. Taco bar didn’t open until our last day there . If you want to relax this is the place to be it wasn’t a lot of people there because of their off season .

Amazing property, safe and clean. Friendly staff, but extremely understaffed. Had to wait long amounts of time for drinks/food. Restaurants, pool and beach not crowded. Need more water sport activities, such as jet skiing. Will definitely be back!

The beach was one of the best beaches I have ever visited. The resort was very clean. The service was always friendly. Pureocean restaurant on the property was very good. Mimi and Rhianna were the best. They made us feel welcome and we looked forward to seeing them almost every day. I will be returning next year and will recommend this resort.

Great Accommodations. The Room was clean with great views. All the staff was friendly and accommodating, Housekeeping, restaurant and bar staff all Amazing!! :) This is my 2nd time at the resort and would definitely come back again!

Everyone was friendly and attentive. Concierge booked an excursion for us and gave us tips on other excursions we booked before our arrival. We also appreciated the frequent pickup/ drop offs from our room to the lobby area on the golf cart. The food at the restaurant and oceans mixx bar was great and the rooms were clean. The hotel was a great choice overall.

Room service people don’t clean. They are nasty. All they do it remake your bed when ur not in the room. The pools and hot tubs don’t get cleaned. I get that it’s a 24 hour pool etc. but it should be a time during the day they are cleaned. It wasn’t to my liking. The food as well wasn’t tasty. And there is no room service at this location. I won’t be back

This was a beautiful Resort, all staff was very nice . Me-me, sandy, Felix, randy, Roger, J, to name a few. Even Gizmo the bird.... Rooms was nice and kept clean. Do wish the rooms have microwaves. Just about every food was brought out was warm close to cold did not like that unless we got fried food ( that bout only thing that was hot). And the wifi was terrible. Overall nice Resort.
