This was one of the most disappointing resort experiences I’ve ever had. The room was fine and the location is beautiful, but the service completely ruined our stay. The resort is clearly and consistently understaffed. At many points, there is only one bartender working — not just occasionally, but regularly — and that same person is often also responsible for running food orders. This means they are constantly leaving long lines of guests waiting just to grab food elsewhere. Calling this service is honestly generous. We repeatedly waited close to 2 hours for meals, and it’s normal to stand in line for 30+ minutes just to get a drink. Today was the final straw. We lined up before 12:00 to order something quick before heading to the airport at 1:00. By 12:15, they hadn’t even started making a single order. There was no realistic chance of being fed before we left — even for something as simple as a hot dog. We spoke with a manager (Colin) on day one after waiting 2 hours for food that never came. He promised to follow up the next day and never did. The staff are clearly overwhelmed — this is a management and staffing failure. Beautiful location, but completely let down by operations that feel dysfunctional.

The staff was wonderful at this resort. Extremely friendly and approachable. Our room, while clean, wasn’t fully cleaned every day, and some items weren’t refreshed (coffee, etc…). But overall, a wonderful resort with great food options.

The rooms where clean however there is not place to turn a/c down so it was a little cold in the rooms. The rsturant right by the water was my fav during happy hour. It is a more quiet hotel so not for the party folk! Got us a cab any time we needed. most staff were nice but a couple seemed annoyed.

Property is understaffed. Staff do not clean tables property, do no wipe down tables between servings. You often have to go look for a fork, knife or spoon, or all three. . On at least 2 occassions waited up to 20 minute for a coffee or a menu to be brought to table after being seated. Leaves floating in pool quite common. And as for beach towels you get 1 and that is it don't even as for a second towel.

Check in was a nightmare! After a full day of traveling, the room wasn't ready, even though it was 6 pm. Then we had to wait for a bellman for about 30 minutes to take us to the room, even though we wanted to just walk ourselves. Once we said were not going to attend the DIVI VACATIONS meeting, which was only available at noon on one of our days, the attitude changed! It was difficult to find chairs together at the pool, the pool was not in great condition either, there were lots of missing tiles. We also had to get our own chairs and umbrella the one day we were at the beach. We paid for the most expensive all inclusive, and there were NEVER any smoothies available from the coffee shop, one that you have to pay the upgraded price to enjoy. The buffet was okay, the burger and bar by the beach were fantastic. There were days that certain restaurants were to even open, which was odd to us. We had to constantly ask for coffee in our room just so I could brew a pot of coffee in the morning. Overall it was okay, most of the staff were very nice.

The room at Oceans had an amazing view and was very clean! The staff were friendly and helpful! The parking, pools, and gym were nice as well. We truly enjoy our visits to this property! If I can make one suggestion, it would be to improve the taste and selection of foods at Mix! Some menu items should be changed out and the shrimp cocktail was not very good. The presentation was excellent but the taste and value was not there. The views from Mix cannot be beat though!

Room was clean, not great reception on the TV, but you should not spend that much time in the room. Overall I could not be happier with my week-long stay! Be warned though, there will most likely be a long line to check in, the process is a bit slow.

Total Valentines disappointment on the room provided as the room reserved does not match and the front desk staff genuinely do not care about customer satisfaction. We were told that we would be moved to a higher floor at about 230p when we arrived. And at 415 check in there is nothing available. It is very distasteful to have the staff walk to the back and management allow them to answer the phone in the back office as different employees to tell me that there was nothing they could do. Pretty much that my money has been taken and I have to contact a third party to express my concerns about the resort I’m visiting.

Room was great but house keeping was inconsistent and I didn’t always have towels The resort itself was beautiful, beach was amazing, food was good. But service was terrible. 25%of the staff were nice, friendly and hospitable. The remained made us feel unwanted and as though we were a bother.

The staff is the best. Helpful to say the least. I had a problem with finding a chair for the pool. Unless you wake up at 745 and place a towel on a chair all the chairs are taken. This was a problem every day. I know it's like this at most resorts. Not sure how to fix it other then getting up early. They need to address that. Also as rooms were in high demand I chose the first Ocean View room I could get. Better check it especially if you are older as I am. The ocean view room for me was on top of a hill and spent twice a day climbing steps and ramps to get to my room.

Overall most of the staff was extremely friendly. We did however have an extremely rude waitress . She told the table beside us 20 minutes before her shift was over “ I am done if you want a drink go to the bar don’t ask me” we sat about 20 minutes and she did not come over my wife went and asked her if we could get a drink , she told my wife she is done go to the bar my wife said it would have been nice if you let us know she rolled her eyes and walked away…. This is the first time we have ever been treated like that at a resort and will unfortunately not go back there again. The food was not bad, no idea why an all inclusive does not have room service if you want drinks, water, soft drinks you have to go to one of the bars or restaurants and ask for it. Room service was not consistent at all our room was not cleaned I called and asked why and was told we did not request for our room to be cleaned even though we had the sign hanging on our door. Had a suite the view was Beautiful…
